思迈防护品牌简介

思迈防护是国家公安部、解放军总后勤部、二炮装备研究院、武警总医院的科研项目重点合作单位。企业先后承担多项国家重点科研专项任务，拥有若干自主知识产权，是国家防护装备产业联盟的骨干成员，已承接多项“十二五”、“十三五”国家重点研发计划项目。企业自有研发中心，下设的生产基地占地近百亩，建筑面积5万平方米，拥有全套先进的染、织、整、涂层生产线和防护产品生产加工能力，可生产各类高性能纤维面料、复合功能性面料和特种需求面料1000万米/年，具有口罩、帐篷和防护产品制造加工能力1000万件/年，是世界著名企业瑞典宜家、美国TenCate、美国沃尔玛的定点供应商。产品畅销国内外市场，在客户中享有较高的声誉。
 
思迈防护多年来思迈与公安部第一研究所、清华大学、中国科技大学、东华大学、山东大学、华东理工等行业内权威科研院所深度合作，与PPSS集团、ORIGO公司、Prokyt公司、BERETTA公司等国外军警企业协作开发，不断引入尖端科技，旨在不断创造新材料、新工艺的高性能、舒适性防护装备，为我国军警及人民群众的人身安全提供最大保护。

Safmax (Qingdao) Protective Co., Ltd is the key member of the National Protective Equipment Industry Association and the important cooperative partner of National Ministry of Public Security and the General Logistics Department of the PLA. We have undertaken many national research work, such as "12th Five-Year", "13th Five-Year" projects，and have a number of independent intellectual property rights. Moreover, the enterprise has its own R & D center, the production base covers nearly 100 acres with more than 50000m2 buildings, including dyeing, weaving and finishing , which can produce 10 million meters fabrics and other protective articles one year. Therefore, Safmax is designated as the suppliers for IKEA®, the Ten Cate® and WAL-MART® for his good reputation in the markets.
 
As an important partner of the Ministry of Public Security’s First Research Institute,Qinghua University, University of Science and Technology of China, Donghua University, Shandong University and East China University of Science and Technology, Safmax also cooperates closely with PPSS, ORIGO, PROKYT, BERETTA and other foreign military enterprises. In order to provide maximum protection for people, Safmax aims to use high technology to high-performance, comfortable and protective equipment with new materials and process.

公安部第一研究所First Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security (FRIMPS)

是公安部直属的综合性研究所，是国内警察装备最大的科研生产基地，为全国公安系统和社会公共安防部门提供高新科技的防护装备器材和技术服务。思迈防护（SafMax）品牌多年来与公安部一所、公安部装财局警用装备研发论证中心保持密切的业务关系。先后与公安部联合开发了警用野外作训服、警用防雾霾口罩、抗击打头盔、防割阻燃脖套、防刺防弹背心、警用多功能腰带等多个合作项目，并被列入公安部“十二·五”重点项目研发合作单位，获得公安部专项资金的奖励和支持。

FRIMPS is the biggest R&D centre on body armor for police. Safmax has kept a close relationship with FFRIMPS for many years, we have co-developed Field Combat Uniform, Haze Resistance Masks, Anti-attack Helmet, Slash Resistance Neck-cover, Bullet Resistant Vests, Multi-functional waistband and so on. As the key partner, Safmax deserved lots of award and fund support from FRIMPS.

中国海洋大学Ocean University of China

是一所海洋和水产学科特色显著、学科门类齐全的教育部直属重点综合性大学，是国家“985工程”和“211工程”重点建设的高校。思迈防护（Safmax）与中国海洋大学共同开发海藻纤维、壳聚糖纤维等新型纺织材料。

Ocean University of China (OUC) is a comprehensive university with particular strengths in oceanography and fisheries science. Safmax has cooperated with them in the research of alginate fiber and chitosan fiber.

东华大学Donghua University

是教育部直属全国重点大学，国家“211工程”和“卓越工程师教育培养计划”重点建设大学。东华大学的纺织科学与工程学科被立为一级学科、国家重点学科，思迈防护（Safmax）与东华大学纺织学院合作开发了防水、阻燃、防割等一系列多功能复合面料。

As the key universities of National "211 project". Donghua University have the unique advantage on textile/material science and engineering research. Safmax has cooperated with them for many years. We focus on developing more and more multifunctional fabrics.

山东大学Shandong University

是一所历史悠久、学科齐全、学术实力雄厚、办学特色鲜明，在国内外具有重要影响的教育部直属重点综合性大学，是国家“211工程”和“985工程”重点建设的高水平大学之一。思迈防护（Safmax）与山东大学材料学院共同研发高效缓冲吸能材料、保温材料等。

Nationally and internationally, Shandong University has very important influences. Safmax has cooperated with School of Materials Science and Engineering and we have already developed a lot of high performance materials, such as energy absorption material and thermal insulation material.

该联盟通过企业、高校及科研院所的产学研合作，联合国内致力于安全防护与高端装备制造先进材料研发、生产与应用的行业骨干企业及高等院校、研究机构，集成和共享技术创新资源平台，打造安全防护与高端装备制造先进材料产业集群，辐射带动国防军工、航空航天、安全防护、环境保护、军警装备、新能源汽车、海洋工程等先进安全防护材料与高端装备产业发展。思迈防护（SafMax）品牌作为联盟协会的会员之一，有坚定的信心为国防民防事业贡献出企业的全部力量。

青岛大学Qingdao University

是山东省属重点综合大学，山东省首批应用基础型人才培养特色名校建设单位，教育部“本科教学工程”地方高校第一批本科专业综合改革试点高校，纺织科学与工程进入教育部全国一级学科排名前十名。思迈防护（Safmax）与青岛大学纺织学院共同攻关纺织加工技术难题，突破了多项国外技术壁垒。

Qingdao University has evolved into a large-scale comprehensive university with multiple disciplines of natural science and humanistic and social science. It has won acclaim from the society for its high-quality education and high academic level. Safmax has solved many textile technical problems with them.

企业研发生产实力

思迈防护（SafMax）品牌的技术研发中心，2012年被认定为市级技术中心，现有研究人员35人，其中各类专业技术人员28人，博士1人，硕士2人，外聘专家4人，专业研发、测试设备50余台。公司每年的研发投入不少于销售收入的5﹪，新产品产值占销售收入的比例高达65%。企业拥有多项自主知识产权，对现有产品的研发、生产和销售遵循严格的保密制度和国际规范。产品和制造技术都已经达到国际先进水平。

Safmax R&D centre, identified as the municipal R&D center in 2012, has 35 professions, including 28 technicians, 1 PhD, 2 masters, and 4 external experts. There are more than 50 testing machines and equipments for research work. The investment of R&D each year is not less than 5﹪ of sale revenue. Safmax undertakes many innovation projects. The new products output arrive to 65% of sales revenue. We attach importance to the protection of intellectual and follow up the international standards as professional ethics. Our manufacturing technology and product quality has reached international advanced level.
